We are fortunate again to have a diverse range of cruise lecture bookings over the next 12 months, which should provide plenty of opportunities for more photography.
Already, in April 2012, we have visited the Cape Verde Islands, with a brief visit to Senegal on board Boudicca for Fred Olsen Cruise Lines. In June, we also made a return visit to the North Cape and Spitsbergen on board our favourite Discovery. Coming up, August will see Michael heading back to Iceland¸ with some very unusual ports of call, and our first opportunity to sail on Quest for Adventure (the successor ship to another favourite – Spirit of Adventure). Then in November, Michael will be returning to the Caribbean with an extended stay in Antigua, on board Boudicca again.
2013 begins with a return trip to the Amazon, and an extremely interesting itinerary, on Quest for Adventure once more (ideally sized for exploring the river). Then in February we have our first trip on board Voyager, the new sister ship to Discovery, which will take us from Valparaiso for our second trip through the Chilean fjords to Ushuaia, then we are scheduled (politics depending) to visit Stanley on the Falkland Islands and back to Argentina and Buenos Aires. Finally for now, we have another Discovery booking in June 2013 to Iceland.
It’s always a pleasure to meet old friends, and make new ones, on these cruises. We’re always happy to help with identification of seabirds, whales and dolphins, and to maybe even offer some photography advice too. More information on all the trips, and links to companies’ websites with full details, are on Michael’s website here (note that we don't get any fee for referring bookings, but we are happy to encourage you to join any of these cruises!
