In August 2010 we cruised to Iceland and Greenland on board MV Discovery, one of our favourite cruise ships.  The weather was not kind to us, and it was rather late for wild flowers, but we will upload some photos of the arctic flora and some stunning images from the Ilullisat Ice Fjord World Heritage Site as soon as time permits.

We had amazing views of whales on the trip, including our first sighting of a blue whale.  This was too distant for stunning images, but the resulting photographs are extremely useful as genuine identification shots.
