We have been uploading more images to the Image Library, from a cruise to Madeira and the Canary Islands in March 2010. These include a range of the flora, wildlife and landscapes of La Palma and Tenerife, and some views from the superb botanic garden on Gran Canaria.  En route to Madeira, we had amazing close views of a fin whale, the second largest creature that has ever lived, and you will find some of these images in the Library too.

We have many, many more images from Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzerote, Fuerteventura, La Palma and La Gomera in the Canary Islands. If there is something specific you are looking for, please ask us.

We have just made a major design upgrade to the website, to make for seemless integration between these 'front pages' and the downloadable photographic library and store.  This has knocked some of the previous page designs off balance, and had some perverse effects that I will work through and (hopefully) sort over the next little while. Some pages don't seem to work properly in Firefox either, which we will try to sort.  Please bear with us while these changes are made, but we hope you like the new cleaner, crisper, unfussy design.

Two cruise trips for Michael so far in 2010 have offered plenty of photographic opportunities, and the products will be uploaded as soon as I get the chance. In January, I cruised from Southampton to Callao in Peru.  Highlights were a visit to San Andres, a beautiful Caribbean island, and an amazing Peruvian port called Salaverry, the tuna fishing capital of the world. In March, it was down to the Canary Islands.  The undoubted highlights were a fin whale amazingly close to the ship, and a visit to the wonderful Jardim Botanico Viera y Clavijo on Gran Canaria. Photographs from these trips will be uploaded as soon as I can get the chance, but don't hesitate to ask if there are any you require.
